We love flying with ANA (All Nippon Airways).
Their customer service is excellent and their food is good. So we had a high expectation for their business class service too. The business lounge was a bit of a disappointment for me.
I was hoping they would have more selection of wine. They only provide one type of white and one type of red. No sparkling wine!! Plus they don’t provide wine glasses.

Flight itself was ok. It was a short flight of 6 hours. Mostly sleeping so it didn’t matter so much that our entertainment systems were not working properly – to their credit, they offered to change our seats and when we said it’s fine, they provided us with mileage points as compensation instead.

Seats were comfortable and they do offer champagne on the flight BUT no champagne glasses!!!
Drinking champagne with normal glass ruins the experience. Boo.
One great thing about this flight was that we were provided with premium lane vouchers which means you don’t have to line up at the immigration check point. We breezed through in about 15 mins (from getting off plane to exit door).
