Having fun @ Turkish Air Lounge

We arrived back in Istanbul around 10:30pm (from Athens) and we had a flight out of Istanbul at 10am the next morning so we decided to spend the night at the Turkish Airline's lounge to save on a night's accommodation!

The customer service was pretty awful (especially the concierge service) but the facility was pretty good; a lot of toys to kill time - Playstation 3, Golf simulator, grand piano, pool table, Scalextric race track, Apple computers (& the printer that never worked), lots of booze & food (plus 6 different kind of cakes too) etc.

So we ate, drunk, slept, took a shower (we couldn't use the bed because it is only for passengers who were traveling long haul flights of over 8 hours & your stopover had to be more than 4 hours and less than 7 hours - which basically means nobody could use it so people were sleeping in the business lounge while the beds were all empty, $%#&*) We were however 'qualified' to use the shower so yay!, but the lady at the concierge was very reluctant to let me use the shower, I don't know what her problem was.

Anyways we were happy because we had lots of this:

Then we were off... and more food & drinks!
